Public vendor pages show only planner-safe positive badges and scores. Internal review warnings, lead-quality reports, admin notes, moderation details, and sensitive payment or dispute history stay private unless Encalio approves a public policy for them.
Vendors can see their trust score, public badges, and private improvement checklist in the vendor hub, then refresh their snapshot after updating profile, offerings, terms, reviews, or inquiry response behavior.
Badges are starting points. Planners should still review package pricing, fees, deposits, cancellation terms, insurance/license notes, reviews, media, availability, and quote details before booking.

The trust snapshot scores profile quality and warning conditions without exposing private operator details to the public marketplace.
3. Show
Public pages show only safe positive badges and comparison guidance, while vendors and admins see deeper improvement or review information.
4. Improve
Vendors can complete checklist items, refresh the snapshot, and use the public profile to earn more planner confidence over time.
